I believe his new game was eventually named Rules of Engagement. I remember him getting the basics working and even some multiplayer components, and I believe loa from Mod Depot was in on the project as well.

Also, I cant seem to get in touch with LOA. Is ICQ even still a thing?

Other than getting the name and starting to learn the Torque engine as well as 3d design and texturing I don't think he had gotten very far in terms of storyline or things like that. Some props, A driveable tank and an early MP function is "all" he managed before he passed, I think.

I remember it was going to be set in current time, which at that time was 2007 or something, have driveable vehicles and be coop based with focus on real military concepts - this was also why he named it ROE - Rules of Engagement.

In short he was on his way to create a version of ARMA!
